David Foye Jr.
CEO
David Foye is the CEO of The Foye Group. He has over 20 years of management and leadership experience in the Life Science industry. David served as a U.S. Army officer in the Field Artillery. He’s passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of customers. He currently resides in Cary, NC with his wife Melynda. David has two children, David III and Jillian.
David earned a Master’s degree from Boston University in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Military Academy in Management.

David is the COO of The Foye Group. David holds many degrees, including an Associate in Applied Science, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from North Carolina A & T, a Master's degree in Guidance from Virginia State University, and a Doctorate in Education Administration & Policy Studies from George Washington University.
During his 27 year career as an officer in the US Army, David held numerous command and staff positions. He later served as an educator in Washington DC's public schools.
In addition to his eternal devotion to his children David Jr. and Melanie, David is passionate about his community. He loves to support local businesses around North Carolina, where he lives with his wife, Betty Foye and their beloved dogs.
